Step 2: Fill out the Work Permit Application in its ENTIRETY.
The application must be completed by you, your parents, and your future employer.
Step 3: Email a picture of the completed application to jmorris@kippneworleans.org
Step 4: Schedule a time to come in and sign the actual permit
